La Romana is a city located at the east of the Dominican Republic. This town has beautiful beaches, wild rivers, exclusive restaurants, a famous School of Art and a wordlwide known Anfiteatro.

The  Anfiteatro de Chavón is one of the main attractions of La Romana,  it is a exclusive stage made of stones with a capacity of 4 to 5 thousand people,   One of the Greatest singers of the United States-  Frank- The Voice- Sinatra, was the first artist who played during the opening of this theatre.

Other famous artists and musicians has played during recent years: Sting, Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Pet Shop Boys, Duran Duran and dominican artists like Juan Luis Guerra, Fernando Villalona, Aventura,  Sergio Vargas, etc.

The city of La Romana relies on one of the  most exclusive beaches that  exist in the area of the Dominican Republic, known as Bayahibe’s Beach,  it is located to approximately 20 minutes of the city of La Romana, from this paradisiac beach it is possible to access across crafts to the Island Catalina and the Island Saona, both located inside the National Park of the East.

La Romana is a city distinguished by its colonial style and its  great tradition of studies in the fine arts in the School of Chavón’s Arts, in which also there is a Parsons School’s subsidiary of Design of New York, from which have gone out numerous students and already recognized artists.

La Romana has a Sea-coast located in the zone of Casa de Campo, an exclusive tourist complex of wide dimensions and characterized by its exclusivity, the Sea-coast has a river mouth in the great Rio Chavón.

Casa de Campo in La Romana is one of most  exclusive resorts or Tourist Complexes of the Dominican Republic, it is composed by Villas, Private Beaches, Golf courses, etc.

Famous personalities live there such as Sammy Sosa, a dominican Big Leaguer who made history playing for the Chicaco Cubs , and Julio Iglesias, Oscar de La Renta, Gustavo Cisneros, and other personalities from the business world and artists of international height.
